2. Reservations
Reservations can be made online, via app, by phone, or at authorized points.
Confirmation of the reservation is subject to seat availability.
Reservations can be changed or canceled up to 3 hours before the scheduled departure time, unless otherwise indicated.
3. Fares and payments

Payments can be made online, by card, or in cash (if applicable).
In case of no-show, the fare will not be refundable except for reasons attributable to the operator.
4. Timetables and stops
Timetables and stops are those officially published or communicated at the time of booking.

5. Liability
