GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOURIST TRANSFER SERVICES
1. Subject of the Contract
These terms and conditions govern the provision of tourist transport services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "Transfer") provided by Pugliandgo By Il Mondo Srl, with registered office in Via Bastioni San Giorgio 44-46, in collaboration with Gandre Viaggi, to the booking customer, including private transfers, shuttles, airport, port, and railway transfers, or other pre-organized transport services booked in advance via the website www.pugliandgo.com
2. Booking
2.1 Bookings can be made via the website, email, telephone, or at authorized points of sale.
2.2 Bookings are only considered confirmed after receipt of written confirmation and payment.
2.3 The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (times, addresses, number of passengers, luggage, etc.).
3. Prices and Payments
3.1 Prices are quoted in euros and include VAT and any other charges indicated at the time of booking.
3.2 Payment is made at the time of booking via the www.pugliandgo.com portal.
3.3 Any extra services (extended waiting times, route deviations, additional stops, vehicle upgrades) will be charged according to the current price list.
4. Booking Changes
4.1 The Customer may request changes up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
4.2 Changes involving an increase in time, distance, vehicle category, or passengers may result in a change in price.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Cancellations within 48 hours of the start of the service: full refund.
5.2 Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the booking cost.
5.3 Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows: 100% charge.
5.4 A no-show is applied after 10 minutes of the Customer's absence from the meeting point.
6. Delays and Waiting Times
6.1 For services from airports, stations, or ports, a free waiting time of 10 minutes is applied.
6.2 Beyond this limit, an extra charge will be applied according to the rate.
6.3 In the event of documented flight or train delays, the company will try to adjust the schedule according to the availability of vehicles.
7. Customer Responsibility
The Customer undertakes to:
comply with safety regulations and the driver's instructions;
not damage the vehicle or soil it excessively;
not transport dangerous, illegal, or flammable materials;
communicate any special requirements (minors, child seats, bulky luggage).
Any damage to the vehicle will be charged to the Customer.
8. Luggage
8.1 Each passenger is entitled to 2 standard pieces of luggage; special luggage (bicycles, musical instruments, etc.) must be communicated in advance and may incur an additional charge.
8.2 The company is not responsible for loss or damage to items not kept by the driver.
9. Company Liability
9.1 The company guarantees that its vehicles are roadworthy, insured, and driven by qualified drivers.
9.2 It is not liable for delays caused by traffic, strikes, weather conditions, accidents, or force majeure.
9.3 In such cases, any refund will be limited to the amount of the service not used.
10. Safety
10.1 Passengers must fasten their seat belts.
10.2 Minors must travel with compliant safety devices; upon advance request, the company can provide them.
10.3 Smoking or consuming alcohol on board is prohibited.
11. Force Majeure
The company may cancel or modify the service in the event of unforeseeable circumstances (breakdowns, extreme weather, emergencies). In such situations, an alternative service or refund will be offered where possible.

14. Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be settled by the court of the place where the company is based, i.e. Brindisi, unless otherwise provided for by consumer law.
